Returns

At House of Gama, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must have a manufacturing defect or damage.

  • You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and the issue with the product.

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Return requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

  • Products used, washed, or damaged after delivery

Return Shipping

Return shipping will be handled based on the situation:

  • If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or an error from our side, we will arrange the pickup and cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the customer wishes to return the product for personal reasons, we may arrange pickup but shipping charges (both forward and return), payment gateway fees, and other applicable charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
